Can I price emergency callouts differently from booked work?
Yes — every quote is per-job, so emergency callout pricing is whatever you set. The AI insights take job type into account when commenting on margin patterns across your work.
How do I price labour into a quote?
Labour goes in as line items on the quote, each with its own estimated cost. Most plumbers list 'install labour', 'fittings labour' and so on as separate lines. Once the job's running, the per-job margin reflects everything you priced — labour included.
How does it handle landlord gas safety certificates (CP12s)?
Treat each CP12 like a small job — set the quote at your inspection fee, log any parts you fitted as expenses, and you get a per-CP12 margin. Useful for spotting which letting agents pay enough to be worth the time.
